MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform serving industrial and frontline teams. The company manages 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million completed work orders for customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo.
You will join the Events Marketing team to build and execute MaintainX's field and events program. This role combines hands-on event execution with strategic partnership across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute regional events, user meetups, and brand activations targeting key prospects and customers
- Build attendee lists, coordinate invites, and drive post-event follow-up to convert conversations into pipeline
- Own smaller events end-to-end (venue selection, vendor coordination, run-of-show logistics) and contribute to the flagship client conference
- Track event performance metrics including meetings booked, accounts engaged, and pipeline sourced/influenced
- Partner with design, content, and demand generation teams on landing pages, signage, swag, and on-site experience
- Progress from logistics support to programming ownership within the first 6–12 months
You'll have a dedicated mentor on the team to help you grow into larger ownership. Within your first year, you'll run smaller events independently and play a meaningful role in executing the flagship conference.
MaintainX operates with a mission to keep the physical world running—factories, fleets, hospitals, and campuses depend on the tools and teams you'll support. The role offers real ownership as you grow, honest communication, and a clear career path in field and events marketing.
