Portcast is a B2B SaaS company in logistics and supply chain technology, seeking a Marketing Designer to own the visual identity and creative output across all marketing channels.
You will design landing pages, case study PDFs, product one-pagers, and sales collateral. You'll produce social creative (LinkedIn-first) including post series and campaign templates, and build paid media creative for LinkedIn and Google campaigns. You'll create event and webinar assets (banners, booth graphics, decks), and produce and edit video content end-to-end—from raw footage to polished output—including short-form social clips, product feature videos, webinar recaps, and launch teasers. You'll maintain and extend the Portcast brand system (components, tokens, templates), support HTML email and newsletter production, and iterate quickly across multiple design and content review rounds.
Success means a consistent, high-quality visual system across everything Portcast publishes, with assets shipped quickly and on-brand across web, print, social, paid, and video—enabling marketing to move fast without design becoming a bottleneck.
The role offers ownership of the visual craft end-to-end, with real influence over brand and few layers between idea and execution. You'll work in an industry undergoing digital transformation, helping shape how enterprise software is marketed in logistics and supply chain tech. You'll push AI-forward design and video workflows, not just execute templates. The team is small by design, fully distributed across Asia and Europe, built on trust, accountability, and collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent
- At least 3+ years in a design role, ideally in-house at a B2B SaaS product-based startup or at an agency doing B2B marketing, with a portfolio showing range across web, print, social, campaign, and video work
- Fast, high-craft execution: produce polished work quickly across multiple formats without compromising quality; take direction and iterate well while holding strong opinions on what "good" looks like
- Detail-obsessed: pixel alignment, spacing, and consistency matter; catch small details others miss and maintain visual bar across all shipped work
- Advanced Figma proficiency: fluent with components, variants, auto-layout, and shared libraries; keep design systems clean and reusable
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, including multi-page, print-ready layouts for case studies and collateral
- Design fundamentals: strong grasp of typography, layout, grid systems, and brand consistency; ability to design for web and print interchangeably
- Creative at scale: comfortable designing social and paid ad creative at volume from templates, keeping everything on-brand across personas and campaigns
- Video editing and production: take projects from raw footage to finished, high-quality output; fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve/Final Cut); comfortable with CapCut or similar for fast short-form social edits
- Web and email handoff: basic understanding of HTML/CSS, enough to work within existing markup for email and web handoff
- Brand systems: working knowledge of brand systems and design tokens; ability to keep every asset on-system as brand scales
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Advanced motion design: animation and motion work (Lottie, complex After Effects, 3D/Blender)
- Presentation design: high-polish decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides
- AI design tooling: familiarity with image generation, AI-assisted layout, prompt-based workflows, and AI video
- Webflow basics: building or maintaining pages in Webflow
- Curiosity for logistics domain: experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or freight technology; genuine curiosity to understand the market in depth
- AI-forward mindset: consistently apply AI across design workflows; actively experiment with new tools as they emerge
- Startup builder mentality: thrive in lean, fast-moving environments with high ownership and limited resources
- Strong communicator: communicate clearly across diverse, distributed, cross-cultural teams; be opinionated but engage with other views and compromise when appropriate
