As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will shape the customer journey from first visit to long-term loyalty. You'll build personalized, data-driven experiences across email, SMS, and push channels, using automation and customer insights to drive conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lifecycle and retention strategies across Email, SMS, and Push, focused on engagement, conversion, retention, and loyalty
- Build, test, and optimize automated customer journeys using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Execute campaigns across key lifecycle stages, including onboarding, abandoned carts, win-backs, promotions, newsletters, and targeted customer segments
- Use customer data and behavioral triggers to create personalized, data-driven journeys and communications
- Utilize AI tools such as Gemini to optimize messaging, content creation, and campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze CRM KPIs, including deliverability, engagement, conversions, retention, and customer LTV
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, Data, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver effective cross-channel campaigns
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to continuously improve CRM performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, preferably within eCommerce/B2C
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, behavioral triggers, marketing automation, and retention strategies
- Hands-on experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn customer and campaign data into actionable insights
- Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting workflows and working with enterprise marketing platforms
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Data Cloud, or Personalization; Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and troubleshooting email code
- Familiarity with the US eCommerce consumer market
