As Marketing Analytics Lead, you will own the analytics strategy and execution for the marketing function during a critical scaling phase. You will be responsible for building and leading the marketing analytics capability, establishing measurement frameworks, and providing data-driven insights that inform marketing strategy and budget allocation. This role involves designing dashboards and reporting infrastructure, conducting attribution analysis, optimizing marketing spend across channels, and collaborating closely with marketing leadership to translate data into actionable recommendations. You will manage a small analytics team, mentor team members on best practices, and work cross-functionally with product, data engineering, and finance teams to ensure data quality and accessibility. The company is solving one of healthcare's hardest problems and seeks people who actively choose difficult, ambiguous challenges and bring resilience without ego.
