Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to cultural experiences. You will join the Business Development team as Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager for the Sport vertical in France. This is an end-to-end market ownership role combining business development, operations, and strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Build and cultivate deep business relationships with major promoters, creators, venues, and stakeholders in the French sport industry - Develop and execute a growth strategy for the French market with innovative approaches to scaling Fever's presence - Manage commercial strategy with large partners, ensuring mutual value creation and sustainable partnerships - Balance and grow a large client base with strong organizational skills - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, User Support, Category Management, Lead Generation, Partner Support, and Sales Ops to maximize partner growth - Stay current with trends and emerging experiences in entertainment and sport You will report into the Business Development team and work closely with global teams to source, curate, and scale top experiential content. Requirements: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or equivalent (corporate management, tech companies, venture capital) - Strong business development and partnership management skills - Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in a demanding, dynamic startup environment - Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization - Fluent in French and English (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM (Salesforce preferred)
