You will join Fever's Business Development team as Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager, driving expansion across the UK's entertainment industry. This role sits at the core of the platform, connecting world-class experiences with large audiences while helping the live entertainment industry grow and evolve. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture deep commercial relationships with top producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders in the UK entertainment industry - Develop and execute an innovative growth strategy to scale Fever's market presence in the region - Manage commercial strategies with large partners to ensure mutual value creation and sustainable long-term partnerships - Balance and grow a large client base while maintaining strong organizational skills - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Category Management, Partner Support, Operations, Tech, Product, Finance) both in the UK and internationally - Stay current with entertainment trends and position yourself as an in-house expert on new and trending experiences The role requires strong strategic thinking and problem-solving across marketing, pricing, operations, and financing. You will act as a true partner and advisor to event organizers at every stage of growth, taking full ownership of partner success. Requirements: - Minimum 3+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience, ideally with an additional 4+ years in relevant sectors (corporate management, tech companies, sports/music/arts) - Strong business development and partnership management skills - Self-starter mentality with ability to work in a demanding, dynamic startup environment - Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM (Sugar CRM preferred) - Knowledge of London's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends
