Anduril Industries, a leading defense technology company, is seeking a Maritime Contracts Manager to support its autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) and autonomous surface vessel (ASV) product lines. This role oversees the full contract lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of DoD, International, and Commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and optimizing contract performance.
You will manage CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ Government (FAR/DFARS) contracts, Other Transaction Agreements, and commercial contracts. Responsibilities include proposal support, contract negotiation, compliance management, contract modifications, and close-out activities. You will work closely with legal, proposal, accounting, business operations, program, and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include executing contract management throughout each contract's lifecycle, completing contract reviews and acceptance, overseeing proposal planning and preparation, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies, maintaining comprehensive documentation, providing contract briefs to program managers and executives, offering guidance on FAR/DFARS requirements, cultivating relationships with internal and external customers, and negotiating complex contractual terms with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, government, or related field; 5+ years of full lifecycle contract management experience with government and commercial contracts; strong working knowledge of US Government contracting (FAR/DFARS); excellent communication skills; exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; U.S. Person status (required for export-controlled data access); and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Preferred qualifications include DoD major weapons platform experience, NCMA certifications (CPCM, CFCM, CCCM), graduate degree, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and FAR cost allowability expertise, and existing Secret or Top Secret clearance.
