Alan is a prevention-focused health insurance company serving 1M+ members across 40K+ companies, with €800M+ ARR and 800+ employees. As Corporate Paralegal, you will be the operational backbone of the Corporate Governance Area, managing corporate governance and legal transactions across Alan's rapidly expanding international group spanning six jurisdictions and a dozen entities. Your core responsibilities include preparing corporate documentation for Boards and General Meetings globally; maintaining accurate governance documentation across the growing international group; handling annual accounts closing processes and regulatory filings; serving as the primary contact for shareholder and Board inquiries; and conducting legal research and drafting with support from the Corporate Governance team. Beyond transactional work, you will help establish and improve governance processes as Alan opens new entities, building playbooks and tools to support international entity governance, and adapting equity frameworks and documentation to new countries and local regulations. A key differentiator of this role is your contribution to scaling through automation. You will work with Alan's internal tooling team to build AI agents and workflows using no-code/low-code platforms, automating recurring corporate events such as equity movements and meeting minutes while preserving human review and legal quality control. You will work within the Corporate Governance Area, collaborating closely with legal and corporate operations experts, and cross-functionally with Finance, People, and local advisors. Within six months, you should gain deep understanding of Alan's governance mechanics, take ownership of recurring workflows for French entities, build meaningful AI automation, strengthen internal documentation, contribute to international expansion, and establish strong working relationships across teams. The role will grow with you as you prove ownership, with opportunities to take on M&A, fundraising, and reorganization projects.
