Flywire is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Americas region to lead recruiting strategy and execution across the AMER markets. This is a strategic role that combines workforce planning, executive partnership, operational excellence, and hands-on recruiting leadership.
You will lead full-cycle recruiting across technical, corporate, and leadership positions while serving as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. Key responsibilities include developing hiring strategies aligned with business priorities, coaching hiring managers on best practices and inclusive hiring, driving process improvement initiatives, and building diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
You'll partner across HR, Compensation, Finance, Immigration, Procurement, and Legal throughout the hiring lifecycle. The role emphasizes leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools to improve recruiter productivity, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring insights. You will mentor recruiters and recruiting coordinators, support executive and confidential searches, and ensure compliance with local employment regulations across AMER.
You'll collaborate with recruiting teams across EMEA and APAC to ensure consistency in hiring practices while adapting to unique regional needs. Success requires using recruiting analytics and dashboards to identify trends, improve hiring performance, and influence business decisions. The role also involves championing a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Flywire's employer brand and continuously identifying opportunities to simplify and automate recruiting workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with progressive responsibility
- 2+ years leading recruiting initiatives, mentoring recruiters, or managing recruiting teams
- Experience recruiting across multiple AMER countries
- Strong experience hiring technical and business professionals
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executives
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth global organization
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and execution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting within SaaS, FinTech, Payments, or high-growth technology companies
- Experience supporting global organizations across multiple regions
- Experience leading recruiting transformation initiatives
- Experience with executive search
- Experience implementing or working within Workday Recruiting
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, GoodTime, Gem, Ashby, or similar ATS and recruiting technologies
- Knowledge of labor markets across Australia, India, China, Japan, and other AMER markets
- AI fluency and curiosity; regular use of AI tools to improve recruiting quality and efficiency
- Experience using generative AI for sourcing, interview preparation, research, writing, or recruiting operations
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs while maintaining sound recruiting judgment
- Passion for experimenting with emerging AI technologies and sharing best practices
