In this Manager Strategic Partners role, you will own relationships with Fever's largest partners across all verticals—exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, permanent attractions, and sports events. You'll manage the complete lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating seamlessly across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure timely execution and track progress.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Fever's biggest partners and their events/projects, ensuring strong long-term relationships and consistent performance growth
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of each partner event, coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking all actions and progress
- Building strategic relationships by understanding partner needs, acting as a trusted advisor, and leveraging Fever's expertise to help partners achieve their goals
- Anticipating partner needs and proactively addressing challenges with internal teams to develop effective solutions
- Driving partner performance by establishing KPIs, implementing data-driven strategies, and tracking metrics through regular updates and insights
- Preparing comprehensive reports highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
- Gathering partner feedback on Fever's products and services, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operations teams
- Growing into a team manager role by providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers as they join your team
- Fostering a collaborative environment, conducting training sessions, and supporting professional growth
- Gaining 360-degree knowledge of all Fever teams and processes

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years in project management or management consulting
- Fluent in English (required); fluency in other languages is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with proven track record of building positive working relationships
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented; ability to handle large amounts of parallel work-streams
- Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
- Ability to think strategically when faced with key partnership challenges and when leveraging proprietary data
- Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty
- MBA highly valued
