Hims & Hers, a leading public health and wellness platform (NYSE: HIMS), is seeking a Manager of Strategic Finance - Planning Systems to join the Strategic Finance organization. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will own the architecture and execution of the company's consolidated planning and reporting cycles, designing how inputs from across FP&A flow into a coherent, system-based corporate view that informs decisions by senior leadership, the executive team, and the Board. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role combining strong financial and business acumen with deep expertise in planning tools and finance transformation. You will own end-to-end workstreams, set standards for how planning and reporting scale, and act as a force multiplier for the broader FP&A team. Key responsibilities include: owning the consolidated planning and reporting engine for annual operating plans, long-range plans, and monthly/quarterly forecast cycles; serving as functional and technical owner of the financial planning platform (evaluating and implementing EPM tools like Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, or Planful); managing the planning systems roadmap including prioritization, UAT, governance, and change management; driving finance transformation projects that improve automation, standardization, and simplicity; designing data flows and integrations connecting the planning platform to the ERP, data warehouse, and BI stack; producing executive-facing financial deliverables including Weekly Business Reviews, monthly OpEx reviews, and quarterly Board materials; partnering with category, marketing, and ops finance teams to standardize inputs and consolidate into a single corporate view; and establishing best practices across systems controls, data governance, and planning process documentation. Required qualifications: B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent; 6+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance/FP&A and finance systems or transformation roles; strong command of P&L mechanics, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation mechanics; hands-on experience implementing, administering, or owning an EPM/planning platform with model design and integrations; demonstrated success leading finance transformation initiatives end-to-end; ability to manipulate large datasets and translate them into clear, decision-ready outputs; strong project management skills; excellent written and verbal communication bridging technical and non-technical audiences; highly organized and detail-oriented with bias toward action; track record leveraging AI and automation to improve finance workflows. Nice-to-have: SQL proficiency and BI tool experience (Looker, Amplitude); NetSuite or similar ERP integration experience; experience at high-growth public companies (recent IPO) or late-stage startups (Series C+) that scaled through significant growth; exposure to public company external reporting cycles.
