SoFi is seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance to join the Strategic Finance team and serve as a key business partner to the SoFi Plus membership subscription business. This role combines financial leadership with strategic insights to drive SoFi's growth strategy while improving finance processes, scalability, and automation. Key responsibilities include: facilitating annual and quarterly financial forecasting for SoFi Plus in partnership with business unit leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, risk, operations); serving as a strategic partner to identify and monitor key performance indicators including subscriber growth, attrition, retention, LTV, and contribution margin; building and maintaining subscription cohort and unit economics models to evaluate lifetime value, payback periods, and financial impacts of pricing and benefit changes; enabling the Plus team to prioritize initiatives and make real-time decisions by evaluating impact to growth and financial metrics; preparing recommendations on incremental investment opportunities by weighing financial and strategic trade-offs; collaborating with Accounting on complex issues including subscription revenue recognition; and demonstrating cultural alignment through mentorship and inclusiveness. Required qualifications: 8+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, investment management, or consulting; prior experience with subscription modeling (cohort analysis, LTV, recurring revenue forecasting, unit economics), ideally in financial services or consumer subscription; experience preparing and presenting to key decision makers; excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail; expert financial modeling skills and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency; experience with FP&A systems; collaborative working style; bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (CFA, FP&A experience, or investment analyst background acceptable).
