AlphaSense is seeking a Manager, Special Projects to join the Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Senior Director of Special Projects. This role sits at the intersection of Go-to-Market Intelligence and Business Analytics, responsible for building the data infrastructure and reporting systems that drive commercial decision-making across the organization.
You will design and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes that consolidate commercial data from multiple source systems into a trusted single source of truth. This includes developing and automating reporting on core KPIs (pipeline, bookings, retention, productivity) for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership. You'll drive the evolution of the RevOps analytics ecosystem by implementing scalable data pipelines, automation, and self-service reporting capabilities.
Key responsibilities include leading technical planning and execution for complex data platform initiatives, balancing business priorities with long-term platform scalability. You'll identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility. You'll provide technical ownership of the Revenue Operations analytics platform by establishing best practices for data governance, metric standardization, and reporting automation, while mentoring team members.
Additionally, you'll support headcount and capacity planning, partner with Sales Compensation on comp plan alignment and quota modeling, and analyze rep productivity to identify data-driven opportunities for improvement. You'll build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting tools, proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, and establish monitoring and validation processes that drive consistency and trust in reporting.
