Figma is seeking a Manager of Solutions Consulting to lead a team of Solutions Consultants across the AMER region, supporting Enterprise and Strategic accounts. This role bridges technical expertise with business strategy, combining deep product knowledge with strong storytelling to demonstrate Figma's platform capabilities to influential enterprises.
You will lead and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Consultants, participating directly in customer and prospect meetings alongside your team. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing programs that scale the Solutions Consulting function, providing mentorship and career development to team members, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Support teams to drive consultative strategies that unlock customer value and accelerate growth.
You'll monitor team performance against goals, assist in hiring and training, and act as both a strategic leader and hands-on problem solver who can jump in when needed. The role requires balancing team leadership with direct customer engagement, helping define and execute technical pre- and post-sales strategy, and contributing to the evolution of Figma's enterprise go-to-market motion.
The position is full-time and can be held from one of Figma's US hubs (San Francisco or New York) or remotely within the United States. Figma is a rapidly growing design and collaboration platform helping teams bring ideas to life through brainstorming, prototyping, design-to-code translation, and AI-powered iteration.
