Figma is seeking a Manager of Solutions Consulting to lead a team supporting AMER Enterprise accounts. This role bridges deep technical expertise with business strategy, combining consultative selling with hands-on problem-solving to unlock customer value and accelerate growth.
You will lead and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across AMER, participating in customer and prospect meetings alongside your team. Key responsibilities include continual training and development (mentorship, hiring, career growth), cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Support teams to define and execute technical pre- and post-sales strategy, building and implementing programs that scale the Solutions Consulting function, and monitoring team performance against goals.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the New York hub with flexibility to work remotely within the Eastern US time zone. You will act as both a strategic leader and hands-on player, designing programs that drive impact while coaching effectively and jumping in to solve problems when needed.
Figma's platform helps teams bring ideas to life—from brainstorming and prototyping to translating designs into code and iterating with AI. The company is rapidly innovating, and this position offers the exciting challenge of scaling the Solutions Consulting function and contributing to the evolution of the enterprise go-to-market motion.

- Proven ability to design and implement strategic programs that drive impact across teams, while acting as a hands-on problem solver who coaches effectively and can jump in as a player when needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with practitioner and executive audiences, including ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional partners (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support)
PLUS (not required):
- Practical experience using or working with Figma
- Experience working across multiple time zones
- Knowledge of light scripting, querying, or prototyping
