Sitetracker is seeking a Manager, Solution Delivery to lead a delivery pod within its Solution Delivery organization. This role manages a team responsible for implementing Sitetracker's Salesforce-based platform for enterprise clients, with oversight of both onshore and offshore resources.
In the first 90 days, you will build deep understanding of Sitetracker's Solution Delivery organization, implementation methodology, global delivery model, and partner ecosystem. You will establish cross-functional relationships with PMO, Customer Success, Product, and other key teams. You will assess your team's skills, capacity, utilization, and development needs, creating a skills matrix and identifying development priorities. You will become fluent in operational and financial metrics including utilization, gross margin, revenue forecasts, work planners, and project health. You will identify immediate opportunities to strengthen technical reviews, delivery standards, resource planning, and global handoffs.
Within 180 days, you will run your pod using system-validated operational and financial data, identifying and addressing variances before they impact delivery or forecast performance. You will establish consistent use of delivery standards including the BA Playbook, project health scores, readiness gates, and close-out reporting. You will implement clear technical review and quality-control practices to strengthen solution design and architecture integrity. You will establish development plans for direct reports and coach team members toward expanded technical and leadership capabilities. You will begin implementing improvements to cross-regional handoffs and AI-assisted delivery workflows with clear impact measures.
Within one year, your pod will operate at or above FY27 utilization and gross margin targets across onshore and offshore resources. You will maintain weekly revenue forecasting within 5% accuracy and work-planner estimates within 10% of actuals. You will have consistent delivery standards embedded across your portfolio with current skills matrices and active development plans for every direct report. You will strengthen Sitetracker's global delivery model through more predictable cross-regional handoffs, clearer ownership, and improved use of offshore and partner resources. You will demonstrate measurable improvements in delivery efficiency and solution quality through stronger technical governance, operational data, and thoughtful adoption of AI-assisted delivery practices.
