Figma is seeking a Manager, SMB Sales to lead a team of Account Executives in a high-growth sales organization. This is an opportunity to shape sales processes and strategy from the ground up while managing a team focused on driving revenue through both inbound and outbound motions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team of Account Executives, fostering an environment of success and accountability - Drive team performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through high-velocity sales motions - Participate in customer and prospect meetings to support deal progression and provide real-time coaching - Help design and evolve sales processes and initiatives as the organization scales - Recruit, hire, and train new team members to support business growth - Manage team performance through forecasting, pipeline analysis, and activity metrics Required Experience: - 5+ years of SaaS sales experience - 1+ year managing velocity sales account executives - Proven track record building and growing collaborative, high-performing sales teams - History of leading over-performing teams with strong customer relationship focus - Ability to navigate change effectively in a growing organization - Understanding of technical and competitive landscape Desirable Qualifications: - Additional SaaS management experience - Experience with Figma or UX/UI design tools - Comfort thriving in constantly evolving environments - Familiarity with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodologies The role is full-time and can be based from Figma's US hubs (San Francisco or New York) or remote within the United States.
