Salary: USD 69,300 - 99,000 / annual
Zscaler is seeking a Manager of Sales Development to lead a Sales Development Representative team in Dallas, TX (hybrid role). You will report to the Director of Sales Development and oversee pipeline generation and lead qualification efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop SDRs into sales-ready candidates, training them to identify, contact, and create qualified lead opportunities
- Coach team members through call reluctance and rejection to build resilience and confidence
- Monitor SDR dashboards to ensure data accuracy, track progress against goals, and identify development opportunities
- Motivate, incentivize, and recognize team members to drive top performance
- Define performance-driven metrics and expectations for pipeline creation, reporting on team and individual results across outbound calls and emails
- Optimize the outbound tech stack to serve as a bridge between marketing and sales
You should act as an owner with a strong bias for action, seamlessly navigating between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
