CoLab is an AI software company that helps mechanical engineering teams accelerate product development. The company builds AI for engineers designing cars, medical devices, and jet engines, enabling manufacturers like Bobcat, Triumph Motorcycles, and GE Appliances to make better decisions and reach market faster. CoLab has raised $72M in Series C funding, was ranked the 57th fastest-growing company in North America by Deloitte, and has grown to 250+ employees.
The Manager, Revenue Operations Systems will be the technical backbone of CoLab's revenue operations team, owning the architecture, build, and integration of tools and data infrastructure that Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success depend on. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with management scope, not an oversight position.
Key responsibilities include:
**Revenue Tech Stack Ownership**: Own implementation, integrations, and ongoing management of the revenue tech stack including Salesforce CRM, Tableau BI, Salesloft/Outreach sales engagement, CPQ/quoting tools, Gong conversation intelligence, ZoomInfo data enrichment, Mixpanel product analytics, Retool internal app building, and Slack/Google Workspace integrations. Ensure systems are optimized for performance and scale.
**Technical Integrations**: Oversee integrations across the tech stack to ensure seamless data flow. Own implementation and rollout of new tools, including migration planning, cutover, and coordination with IT on provisioning and security.
**Process Automation**: Develop and implement automation workflows to streamline revenue operations and reduce manual work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Continuously evaluate systems for improvement opportunities.
**Data Model & Governance Architecture**: Own the Salesforce data model and governance architecture, including object/field design, validation rules, required-field logic, permissions, and record-type structure. Design governance standards in partnership with the SVP of Operations, then build and maintain the enforcement layer. Build and maintain the reporting layer powering revenue operations: pipeline health views, forecast/quota attainment reporting, and GRR/NRR views. Ensure reporting is accurate, accessible, and trusted at SLT and board levels.
**Request Intake & Systems Debt**: Own the RevOps request queue—intake, triage, and prioritization of system, reporting, and data requests. Manage a standing backlog of systems debt including stage validation gaps, price book consolidation, product SKU structure alignment, and manual provisioning automation. Distinguish between transactional fixes and structural problems.
