Salary: USD 140,000 - 150,000 / annual

You will lead a dynamic team of sales activation specialists responsible for driving efficiency, velocity, and customer satisfaction throughout the plan conversion process. This is a fast-paced, high-growth role ideal for someone energized by metrics, people development, and rapidly changing environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales activation specialists to exceed monthly quotas and launch a high volume of retirement plans
- Own team performance by monitoring conversion pipelines, managing pre-launch churn, and ensuring adherence to process and talk tracks
- Actively optimize conversion workflows to increase velocity, remove bottlenecks, and drive operational excellence
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Program Management, Customer Success, and senior leadership to resolve escalations and improve the conversion experience
- Identify performance gaps and implement coaching, enablement, and process improvements
- Forecast conversion targets and contribute to capacity planning by analyzing trends and pipeline health
- Champion a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Success metrics include achieving and exceeding monthly conversion quotas, maintaining a healthy mix of plan types (Safe Harbor and Auto-Enroll), minimizing pre-launch churn, improving conversion cycle times and rates, and establishing your team as a key driver of customer activation and revenue acceleration.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of total professional experience, with at least 2+ years in a people leadership role within Sales, Implementation, or a related function in a SaaS or Retirement/Financial Services environment
- Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying and target-driven environment
- Strong understanding of 401(k) plan design or ability to quickly develop subject-matter expertise
- Highly data-driven mindset with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance coaching
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Demonstrated ability to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and execute against aggressive targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate teams, resolve conflict, and collaborate across departments
- Experience managing high-volume customer portfolios and overseeing complex projects or implementations
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline preferred
