Salary: USD 96,130 - 126,171 / annual

Oscar Health is seeking a Manager, Regulatory Reporting to join its Compliance team. Oscar is a technology-driven health insurance company founded in 2012, combining a full-stack platform with a focus on member-centric service. In this role, you will oversee Oscar's compliance programs and regulatory activities, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulatory requirements including HIPAA, Medicare, ACA, and Medicaid. You will report to the Director, Regulatory Audit & Reporting and manage a team of direct reports responsible for regulatory reporting submissions. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and mentoring the regulatory reporting team to ensure timely, accurate submissions - Developing and implementing compliance programs aligned with healthcare regulations - Coordinating responses to internal and external audit data requests - Creating dashboards and inventory processes to track regulatory reporting accuracy - Collaborating with business leaders to improve end-to-end reporting workflows - Directing teams to meet submission deadlines - Reviewing technical documents for accuracy and quality - Identifying and mitigating compliance risks - Building relationships with departmental leaders to understand operations and design internal controls - Providing regular updates to executive management and the Board of Directors - Delivering enterprise-wide training and communication on compliance topics and best practices - Delegating tasks effectively to ensure timely compliance actions - Developing and implementing compliance improvement plans Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 5+ years in payer/health insurance operations - 3+ years leading direct reports and teams - 3+ years in healthcare or related field with policies and procedures experience - 3+ years driving compliance with regulatory and accreditation audit/policy requirements - 3+ years translating regulations into operational procedures - 3+ years managing multiple critical, external-facing deliverables simultaneously - 3+ years in fast-paced operations environments - 3+ years in implementation, program building, and maintenance Bonus qualifications include Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification, State Department of Insurance audit/reporting experience, startup or health tech background, or Third Party Administrator (TPA) experience.
