Reporting to the Head of Publisher Success, International, this Manager role leads a team of EMEA-based Publisher Success professionals while directly managing a portfolio of key publisher accounts. The position combines people leadership with hands-on account management, requiring the ability to coach and mentor direct reports while serving as a strategic point of contact for high-value publisher partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports to drive performance, career growth, and business goals
- Serving as senior point of contact for strategic publisher partners, driving retention and long-term account growth
- Monitoring partner health, tracking performance metrics, and identifying upsell and yield optimization opportunities
- Establishing streamlined processes, training materials, and service-level agreements to improve operational efficiency
- Proactively tracking network-level trends and leading technical troubleshooting with Engineering and Ad Ops teams
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Publisher Development, Revenue, Product, and Solutions Engineering to align publisher needs with supply strategy
- Managing smooth integration of new supply and publisher transitions into ongoing success management
- Keeping publisher partners informed on emerging ad tech trends, standards, and regulatory requirements (TCF 2.2, ads.txt)
Required skills include proven team leadership and mentoring experience, strong verbal and written communication, analytical problem-solving, proficiency with media math and Excel, and ability to troubleshoot technical integration issues alongside product and engineering teams.
