Talkiatry is seeking a field-based Provider Partnerships Manager to build and grow relationships with medical practices and health systems in the Denver territory. This quota-carrying role blends new business prospecting with account management and requires approximately 75% territory travel.
You will prospect and convert new medical practices into referral partners, manage and grow existing accounts to increase referral volume and provider satisfaction, and execute strategic territory plans to hit referral growth and provider retention targets. Key responsibilities include leading in-office visits, practice presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach; establishing workflows and troubleshooting referral barriers; maintaining accurate CRM activity in HubSpot; and representing Talkiatry at industry events and health system functions.
The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of healthcare or healthcare-adjacent field sales, physician liaison, clinical outreach, or business development experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding referral or sales growth targets. You are ambitious, self-driven, emotionally intelligent, and a natural relationship-builder who thrives in face-to-face engagement with clinicians and administrators. You are consultative, organized, resourceful, and passionate about improving access to mental health care. You have CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred), a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and the ability to travel within your assigned territory approximately 75% of the time.
