Salary: INR 3,860,298 - 5,222,756 / annual
Vena Solutions is seeking a Manager of Professional Services to lead a team delivering implementation and consulting services to North American customers. This is a hybrid role based in Indore or Pune, India, with standard working hours of 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST to align with North American business hours. The role follows a split-shift model: in-office during the first part of your shift, transitioning home around 8:30 PM to complete work remotely. Occasional later shifts (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST) may be required for customer meetings, and travel to the Indore office is expected 1–2 times per quarter.
You will lead a team of 10–15 professionals delivering professional services projects, ensuring world-class customer experience and effective business outcomes. Key responsibilities include providing product and solutioning advice to internal teams and participating in strategic or escalated customer calls; achieving personal utilization targets while maximizing resource utilization across the PS India practice; hiring, coaching, and developing team members with regular 1-on-1 guidance and feedback; maintaining close alignment with Practice Leaders in North America and the UK on project performance, people metrics, escalations, and team trends; identifying and facilitating departmental initiatives that scale the company (methodology improvements, tool rollouts, enablement sessions); and collaborating cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Adoption, Product, and Sales teams.
Vena Solutions is a CPM/EPM (Corporate Performance Management / Enterprise Performance Management) software company serving mid-market and enterprise customers. REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years experience in customer-facing implementation delivery teams, with 3+ years specifically with CPM/EPM products (budgeting, reporting, consolidations) including technical architecture and solutioning
- 3+ years leading direct reports, including facilitating career growth conversations
- Experience leading initiatives that drive business improvements and efficiencies
- Clear and concise communicator across all organizational levels, both internally and externally
- Highly organized with ability to manage shifting priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-starter mentality
- Ability to drive results while motivating teams to evolve and mature as goals evolve
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
