Figma is seeking a deeply technical product leader to manage and grow the Code area product organization. You will lead four cross-functional teams—Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform—responsible for enabling seamless workflows between design and code. This includes managing and developing three Product Managers, hiring an open PM role, and establishing high standards for product management craft.
Your strategic responsibilities include setting vision and goals for how design and code stay synchronized at Figma, owning Design to Code and Code to Design workflows end-to-end (including quality measurement and discoverability), and guiding development of code-context systems and translation primitives that power agentic workflows and round-tripping. You'll establish strong operating cadence across the area and own adoption goals for Model Context Protocol (MCP) and design-to-code workflows.
You'll partner closely with engineering, design, data, and research leaders to make technical product decisions and serve needs across Figma's broader product suite. The role requires deep technical credibility, experience shipping developer tools and AI products (including running evals, owning annotation pipelines, and making ship/no-ship calls on model behavior), and a track record of setting strategy and executing major initiatives in environments with technical and product ambiguity. Enterprise customer experience and excellent cross-functional collaboration are essential.
This is a full-time role based in London with flexibility to work remotely within the UK.
