Salary: USD 100,000 - 160,000 / annual

Formlabs is seeking a Manager, Performance Marketing to own and optimize paid acquisition strategies across the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display). This is a hands-on individual contributor role that combines strategic thinking with operational execution, driven by data and measurable results. You will run and optimize paid campaigns day-to-day, managing budgets to hit CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets. Key responsibilities include: • Own paid media campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display channels • Manage channel budgets and forecasts, allocating spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency • Partner with Analytics on measurement, incrementality, and attribution modeling, translating insights into actionable optimizations • Constantly test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships to unlock scalable growth • Build forecasts, manage budgets, and communicate business impact to senior stakeholders You'll thrive in a fast-moving environment with high ownership, using data to drive every decision. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to explain complex performance metrics to leadership. Formlabs builds 3D printing technology used by over 50,000 industry leaders worldwide, including Apple, Google, Tesla, New Balance, and NASA. REQUIREMENTS: • 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets • Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google Shopping Ads • Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to decide, measure, and prioritize • Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders • Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high degree of ownership • Fluent use of AI tools in daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own work
