Salary: USD 126,800 - 221,900 / annual

ServiceNow is seeking a Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to execute and own lifecycle marketing campaigns and journeys that drive customer engagement and retention. In this role, you will manage day-to-day marketing tactics, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and drive continuous optimization of customer experiences. Key responsibilities include: - Own execution and performance of lifecycle marketing programs including campaigns, journeys, and engagement initiatives - Build and maintain customer journeys using marketing automation platforms; test and optimize based on performance data - Execute real-time segmentation and targeted messaging across email, in-app, and other channels - Monitor campaign metrics daily; identify performance gaps and recommend optimization tactics - Coordinate with Creative, Content, and Brand teams on messaging, personalization, and asset development - Support data and analytics teams with audience definition, testing requirements, and performance analysis - Execute A/B tests and optimization experiments; document learnings and share insights - Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams on engagement signals and retention opportunities - Maintain accurate campaign documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication - Contribute to quarterly business reviews and performance analysis ServiceNow is the AI control tower for business reinvention, with an AI platform that brings together any AI, any data, and any workflow. REQUIREMENTS: - 3-5 years in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or related discipline - Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools - Experience building and optimizing customer journeys or email campaigns - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly - Understanding of customer engagement best practices and testing methodologies
