Daymark Health is a value-based oncology company transforming cancer care through a comprehensive platform combining dedicated care navigation, behavioral health support, and evidence-based interventions. This Manager role owns the licensing and credentialing function end-to-end as it scales across new states.
You will set multi-state licensing strategy and execution for MDs, DOs, NPs, and RNs, leveraging interstate compacts (IMLC, NLC, APRN Compact) and expedited pathways to accelerate provider onboarding. You'll manage the full lifecycle: applications, renewals, board communications, and tracking to ensure clinicians are licensed and credentialed to practice and bill on schedule.
Payer credentialing is a core responsibility. You'll build credentialing plans aligned with state launches and payer priorities, stand up and maintain CAQH profiles, submit commercial payer applications, and shepherd them through approval. You'll own Medicare enrollment end-to-end via PECOS, including 855I/855B/855R filings, reassignments, revalidations, and MAC coordination.
You'll support new clinician onboarding by kicking off licensing and credentialing from documentation intake, sequencing workflows against start dates so providers can practice and bill immediately. You'll be the compliance go-to for scope of practice, prescriptive authority, supervision rules, collaborative practice agreements, DEA registrations, and CME tracking across states.
As the function grows, you'll hire and lead a small specialist team, building repeatable workflows, QA checks, and reporting rhythms that enable scaling. You'll operate across Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Cycle, and People—comfortable in a cross-functional environment where execution and strategy meet.
This role requires hands-on expertise in provider licensing and payer credentialing, deep knowledge of interstate compacts and expedited routes, and the ability to think strategically about state expansion and prescriptive authority while executing detailed applications and renewals today.
