Salary: USD 135,792 - 178,227 / annual

Oscar Health is seeking a Manager, Investor Relations to support the company's engagement with the investment community and core investor relations processes. Reporting to the Associate Director of Investor Relations, this role is central to managing quarterly earnings cycles, investor conferences, and Investor Day events. Key responsibilities include: • Quarterly Earnings: Support preparation of earnings releases, prepared remarks, Q&A materials, and coordinate cross-functional input to ensure accuracy and consistent messaging across the organization. • Sell-Side and Market Intelligence: Monitor sell-side coverage, consensus estimates, peer developments, and industry trends. Compare analyst models to internal expectations and synthesize analyst and investor sentiment into actionable insights for executive leadership. • Investor Engagement: Coordinate and manage investor meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows, and support relationships with equity research analysts and institutional investors. • Targeting and Outreach: Use data and analytics to identify and target investors, and support development and execution of outreach strategies to strengthen and diversify the shareholder base. • Shareholder and Market Intelligence: Track ownership and trading activity through stock-surveillance partners and report trends and insights to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with 4+ years of investor relations or sell-side equity research experience. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with exceptional attention to detail are required. Willingness to travel up to 25% is necessary. Prior experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services is preferred, as is proficiency with platforms like FactSet and S&P Capital Access.
