The company operates domestic and international clinics and is seeking an experienced people leader to manage the Health Concierge - Inbound team from the Vancouver headquarters.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Inbound Sales Representatives responsible for managing incoming patient inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships. You report to the Director of Assisted Sales and own the full spectrum of team leadership, sales performance, and patient experience.
Key responsibilities include: building and motivating the inbound team through coaching, call shadowing, feedback, and performance reviews; translating business priorities into clear direction; tracking and analyzing sales metrics (conversion, pipeline, engagement, SLAs); conducting call reviews and scorecarding to identify coaching and process-improvement opportunities; ensuring the team has product knowledge to address patient inquiries professionally; supporting professional development through structured coaching and training; preparing regular sales reports and performance updates for leadership; and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity to guide the team.
You will remain hands-on, executing core IBR functions when needed, and work closely with Sales leadership to build systems and processes that support continuous improvement and sustainable growth. The role demands strong sales acumen, proven people leadership, excellent communication, and the discipline to manage time and resources effectively during periods of rapid change.
