Zapier is seeking a Manager of GTM Analytics to lead a newly formed team serving Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Operations. You will manage a team of embedded analysts responsible for funnel reporting, campaign performance, sales and support analytics, forecasting, dashboarding, metric definitions, and executive reporting. This is a hands-on analytics leadership role requiring deep GTM domain expertise, strong SQL proficiency, and the ability to operate with urgency and precision. You will own the analytics interface for GTM leaders, delivering trusted insights that improve decision-making speed and quality. Responsibilities include building self-service analytics assets, establishing analytical QA standards, coaching analysts through complex data questions, and delivering clear recommendations under time pressure. The role balances people management with individual contribution—you'll review SQL, inspect dashboards, pressure-test assumptions, and guide advanced analytics work on experimentation, forecasting, and segmentation. You bring 6+ years of analytics experience in domains such as sales analytics, marketing analytics, revenue operations, finance, or investment banking, with at least 1 year managing analysts or analytics teams. You have strong GTM expertise across funnels, pipeline, bookings/ARR, campaign performance, sales productivity, support metrics, attribution, and lifecycle analytics. You excel at translating business questions into actionable metrics and recommendations. You are excellent with SQL, understand statistical concepts (confidence intervals, incrementality, regression, forecasting), and know when to partner with Data Science. You bring finance-grade rigor, operate effectively in fast-paced environments, and maintain high quality standards even under tight timelines. You set a high bar for data trust through review mechanisms, documentation, and cross-functional alignment on source-of-truth metrics. As a manager and coach, you raise analyst performance through clear expectations, technical feedback, and strong prioritization. You are AI-native, actively using modern tools to accelerate analysis, QA code, and prototype workflows. You're excited to make AI central to the team's operating model and turn repeated workflows into governed self-service assets. You manage effectively across analysts and data engineers, understanding both stakeholder-facing analytics and data foundation work.
