Claroty is a global leader in cyber-physical systems (CPS) security, protecting critical infrastructure worldwide. As Manager of Global Order Management, you will own commercial governance, deal booking, contract lifecycle management, and order-to-cash execution across all regions. Reporting to Finance, you will manage a small team of Order Management professionals while remaining actively involved in complex deal reviews, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
You will serve as the operational owner ensuring every deal closes cleanly and every dollar is booked accurately as the company scales globally. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of Finance and Go-to-Market operations. You will drive operational excellence in order management, lead your team through process improvements, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, Legal, and other functions to streamline the commercial lifecycle.
The role requires strong financial acumen, process optimization skills, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-growing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards, and implementing systems and controls that scale with company growth. Experience with order management systems, contract management platforms, and financial processes is valuable.
This is a fully remote position restricted to candidates currently residing in the US Eastern Time Zone.
