Join Lightspeed's Finance team as Manager of FP&A, reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A. You will lead FP&A business partner relationships and drive strategic finance initiatives across the organization. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with business leaders to provide financial support and develop fiscal insights aligned with strategic plans - Build and maintain financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks to support decision-making - Lead reporting projects that gather and integrate large data volumes, perform in-depth analysis, and develop actionable insights - Manage P&L analysis, identify improvement areas, and drive cost optimization efforts - Develop and improve KPI reporting and dashboards focused on efficiency, profitability, and resource management - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance forecasting accuracy - Support other FP&A leaders in developing long-term strategies - Build cross-functional networks to anticipate and plan for revenue generation changes - Participate in financial planning IT tool implementation - Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders - Support executive team with ad hoc projects and special requests Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance - 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience - Expert-level Excel proficiency - Proven experience developing, maintaining, and reporting P&L results - Experience as a finance business partner supporting senior leadership - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Fluency in English as a working language (global company requirement) Lightspeed offers a hybrid work environment (3 days/week in office), flexible paid time off, equity options, pension contributions, training opportunities, health and wellness credits, volunteer time, employee networks, computer purchase program, and enhanced parental leave.
