FlixBus is seeking a Finance Systems & Processes Manager to serve as a central interface between the Finance department, IT, and external partners. In this role, you will drive the continuous evolution of the company's financial and ERP systems while ensuring stable and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a bridge between Finance, IT, and external vendors to develop and maintain financial and ERP systems
- Analyzing financial processes to identify automation opportunities and implementing digital solutions that improve workflows
- Managing Finance and transformation projects from requirements gathering through conception to successful implementation, working closely with internal stakeholders
- Overseeing data quality, system permissions, updates, and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Creating reports and analyses, supporting key users, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the Finance organization
You bring:
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Finance Systems Management, ERP environments, or the finance sector
- Hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Lucanet
- Knowledge of finance transformations, process optimization, and project management
- A structured, solution-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
