Salary: USD 108,500 - 201,500 / annual

DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, is seeking a Manager in Fair Market Value (FMV) to lead compliance and regulatory oversight in the pharmaceutical sector. Based in East Hanover, NJ with a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office), this role manages fair market value assessments and processes across Novartis, ensuring compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations and industry standards. Key responsibilities include conducting and managing fair market value assessments for commercial healthcare entities (specialty pharmacies, wholesalers, PBMs, GPOs, copay vendors, etc.); collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to align on FMV decisions; maintaining fair market value Work Process Documents (WPDs) and regulatory compliance; supporting external vendor and consultant relationships; and providing organizational training and communications on FMV policies. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's, MBA, or CPA preferred) with 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or economics within pharmaceutical or healthcare. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are essential, particularly advanced Excel proficiency. The role demands the ability to interpret complex data and market trends, execute multiple assignments simultaneously, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Experience conducting financial analysis, valuations, and fair market value assessments of healthcare business agreements is required. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and commercial healthcare entities is highly desirable.
