The Admin team is seeking a Manager of Executive Assistants to support the SVP of People and lead the company's global EA team. In this dynamic role, you will work in a fast-paced environment providing high-value administrative support while managing a team of executive assistants across the organization. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, optimizing operations and driving organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the day-to-day calendar and schedule for the SVP of People, including meeting coordination, internal and external scheduling, and commitment management - Coordinating internal and external meetings (1:1s, board meetings, partner meetings) and handling associated documentation - Overseeing travel arrangements and logistics for leadership, including flights, accommodations, scheduling, and expense reconciliation - Serving as a strategic partner to drive cross-functional initiatives and executive productivity - Working with department leads to support strategic planning and maximize executive effectiveness - Managing day-to-day operations of part of the EA team, including 1:1s, performance management, and career development - Leading the broader EA team to promote collaboration, communication, and efficiency across departments - Identifying opportunities to add value and proactively optimizing operations and processes - Coordinating team events and community-building activities - Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality Cohere is remote-friendly with offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin, and Seoul. Requirements: - 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent - 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing admin team - Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively - Previous experience partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced, innovative environments - Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders - High self-motivation with discretion, tact, and professionalism - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight deadlines - Proficiency with Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Slides - Comfort balancing collaborative and independent work - Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
