Life360 is seeking a Manager of Executive Administration to lead a team of five Executive Assistants while personally supporting 2-3 executives. You will report to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for setting standards, tools, and ways of working for executive support across the organization. As a leader, you will manage a team of five EAs across multiple time zones, providing coaching, feedback, and development through regular 1:1s. You'll build and improve team processes including shared playbooks, escalation paths, and standards for calendar management, travel, meeting prep, and confidentiality. A key initiative is building and launching an EA career ladder that maps EA level to executive scope, coaching each team member on their path to the next level. You'll establish how the team uses AI tools—defining which tools, for what work, and where human judgment is required—building an AI-native EA function. You'll define coverage for PTO and peak periods, set decision rights so EAs act independently on routine matters and escalate by exception, and own hiring, onboarding, and performance management across time zones. You'll personally support your assigned executives by partnering closely to align their time, focus, and energy with top priorities. Acting as a trusted thought partner, you'll offer insight and feedback, help shape plans, synthesize stakeholder input, and connect work to broader organizational goals. You'll prepare executives for meetings with materials, context, and agendas, track follow-ups, and nudge stakeholders to keep momentum. You'll coordinate international and domestic travel, manage expenses, build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. You'll own the playbook for offsites and events, keeping travel, agenda, budget, and vendor management consistent across the team while personally planning for your executives. You'll also own and drive company-wide processes and platforms, including the travel booking platform Navan. Travel is expected at 10-20%, including in-person team and leadership gatherings. Life360 is a remote-first company with over 500 employees serving approximately 102.4 million monthly active users across more than 180 countries. The company provides location sharing, safe driver reports, crash detection with emergency dispatch, and pet GPS tracking services. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO and/or multiple C-suite executives - 3+ years of people management experience leading Executive Assistants or a similar team - Track record of building or improving team processes (playbooks, workflows, standards) that raised quality and consistency - Experience managing EAs across multiple time zones - Experience working for a technology company - Demonstrated judgment and discretion, including handling confidential and sensitive information with integrity - Experience with use of AI tools in your own work, with a clear point of view on where AI output can and can't be trusted for confidential and executive-facing material STRONG PREFERENCES: - Experience scheduling across domestic and international time zones - Expert in Google Suite, Slack, Navan, and Claude; quick to learn new tools including AI and other key tools as identified - Experience working for a publicly traded company
