The company is redefining the transplant process with purified, high-precision cell therapies designed to improve survival rates and reduce risks like graft-versus-host disease.
This Manager role leads the Data Analytics & Business Intelligence function. You will build and manage a team responsible for translating complex clinical and operational data into actionable insights that drive business strategy and operational excellence. Your responsibilities include:
• Building and leading a high-performing analytics team
• Developing data infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting systems that support clinical trials, commercial operations, and executive decision-making
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (clinical, commercial, operations, finance) to identify key metrics and analytics priorities
• Establishing data governance and quality standards
• Translating business questions into analytical frameworks and delivering insights that inform strategy
• Managing analytics tools, platforms, and technology stack
• Mentoring team members and fostering a data-driven culture
You bring experience managing analytics teams in regulated or data-intensive environments (biotech, pharma, healthcare, or similar). You have deep expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence platforms. You're comfortable with both technical depth and business acumen—able to code or architect solutions while also translating findings for non-technical executives. You thrive in fast-moving, mission-driven environments and can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
