The Finance & Strategy team serves as a strategic thought partner to Apollo's functional leaders, driving improved decision-making during a period of hyper-growth. This Manager, Corporate FP&A role reports to the Director of Finance & Strategy, Corporate Team.
You will own the company's financial model of record, including rolling three-statement forecasts, balance sheet, and cash flow projections. Key responsibilities include owning monthly and quarterly financial cadences (close packages, forecast updates, opex reviews, headcount reconciliation), leading and maintaining consolidated financial forecasts and corporate models, delivering recurring and ad hoc financial reporting (P&L summaries, variance analyses, management packages), and partnering cross-functionally to drive financial accountability with a focus on operational expenses and headcount management.
You will help build and maintain scalable planning tools and processes with an eye toward automation and future systems enablement, contribute to company-wide planning cycles including Annual Plan and Long Range Plan, and translate financial results and KPIs into business insights and risks/opportunities for leadership. This is a build-focused, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thinks in mechanics and reconciliations.
