Salary: CAD 125,000 - 150,000 / annual

The Manager, Commercial Finance will join the Strategic Finance team's Commercial FP&A division, serving as the analytical engine supporting business decision-making. This role owns a diverse portfolio of recurring financial deliverables and analyses that inform leadership and the Board.
Key responsibilities include: owning recurring revenue reporting workflows (daily/weekly file maintenance, revenue trackers, attainment dashboards, variance analysis); preparing and updating executive materials for KPI reviews, Board presentations, and SLT meetings; conducting variance analysis on revenue movements with clear commentary on performance trends; supporting quarterly sales target-setting through bottoms-up data assembly and forecast reconciliation; owning the commercial commission review process; executing ad-hoc analyses for Revenue, GTM, and Commercial leadership; maintaining and improving core financial reporting infrastructure; partnering cross-functionally with Revenue, Sales Operations, and GTM teams; applying quality checks to all outputs; and exercising independent judgment in prioritizing analyses.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field with 8+ years relevant experience (or Master's with 6+ years); expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills; strong data analysis capabilities across multiple sources; excellent executive communication and presentation skills; experience supporting executive-level reporting (KPI reviews, Board materials, SLT presentations); ability to ramp quickly on existing processes; demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments; and preferably commercial finance/sales finance experience in high-growth or ad tech environments.
The role is fully remote within British Columbia (Pacific timezone) with expectations to attend in-person team gatherings at least quarterly for collaboration and team building.
