Landline is redefining airport infrastructure by decentralizing the airport experience through remote terminals and seamless door-to-gate travel. The company operates across North America with partnerships including Air Canada, American Airlines, Sun Country Airlines, and CLEAR.
As Manager, Commercial Analysis, you will drive commercial partnerships for Landline's innovative travel infrastructure. This is a deal-facing role where you identify opportunities, build business cases, craft pitches, and move partners from initial conversation to signed agreement. You will own the analysis, financial models, and executive-ready materials that support Landline's expansion of remote terminal concepts—bringing airport check-in, bag drop, and security screening into neighborhoods and city centers.
You will work directly with the Vice President, Commercial on the company's highest-priority pursuits, supporting the full deal lifecycle from prospecting and concept development through pitching, negotiation, and close. This is a hands-on role for someone energized by senior stakeholders, comfortable in high-stakes conversations, and able to turn rough opportunities into compelling, revenue-generating partnerships under tight timelines.
Key responsibilities include supporting the full deal lifecycle; building business cases and financial models that quantify partnership value; developing executive-ready PowerPoint pitches and proposals for airline, airport, and public-sector decision-makers; translating complex inputs into simple, compelling narratives; developing and selling new concepts including remote terminal and multimodal connectivity models; building relationships with senior stakeholders; managing and advancing a pipeline of opportunities; supporting client meetings, workshops, and negotiations; and traveling as needed to support key partner engagements.
You bring 2–6 years of experience, ideally with 1–3 years in management consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Monitor Deloitte), corporate development, or a client-facing commercial role. You have a commercial, deal-oriented mindset with strong analytical and Excel/modeling capabilities. You excel at PowerPoint with a strong eye for persuasive storytelling, can take unstructured problems and turn them into clear pitches, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. You are detail-oriented, work quickly in fast-moving environments, and have interest in travel, aviation, infrastructure, or logistics.
