The company has raised $240M in funding, grown revenue 60X in five years, amassed 5M+ customers, and scaled to 225 employees across 6 countries. The market opportunity is $2T in the U.S. As Manager of Business Development and Partnerships, you will drive growth and success of the partner ecosystem by managing and strengthening existing partnerships while identifying and securing high-value new collaborations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—product, operations, data, and sales—to develop and execute partnership strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you'll shape the strategic direction of the partnership portfolio and accelerate organizational growth. Key responsibilities include: fostering strong, trusted relationships with existing partners as the primary point of contact; developing and executing structured business plans and quarterly OKRs aligned with each partner's goals; using data analytics to uncover trends and identify opportunities for improving KPIs; leading the creation of new growth opportunities with existing and potential partners through skilled negotiation; providing regular insights and updates to partners and internal teams; and resolving operational and executional issues swiftly across partner and internal teams. You should have 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing complex projects from inception to completion with attention to detail and bias for action. You are data-driven, analytical, and excel at communicating complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders. You thrive in high-growth environments, learn quickly, and are willing to adapt. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
