Jerry.ai is a fintech/insurtech platform that has grown to 5M+ customers and $240M+ in funding. The company started with car insurance in 2019, became a top-3 US broker, and has since expanded into driving insights, diagnostics, and repair marketplaces. The company is now profitable and expanding into adjacent verticals (home, motorcycle, RV) with a goal to reach 50M customers and $10B valuation within 4 years. The BizOps & Analytics team is composed of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who drive data-informed decision-making across the entire organization. As Manager of BizOps & Analytics, you will lead analytical functions for one of Jerry's core business areas: Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships. Key responsibilities include: - Define the right business problems and questions before analysis - Build metrics, reports, and analyses; design experiments; surface insights - Drive outcomes by bringing data-backed recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations teams - Own the analytical function end-to-end for your embedded business unit - Execute on insights, not just recommend them You will work with SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, first-principles thinking, and direct communication with leadership. The team values impact over process—no unnecessary slides, meetings, or approvals. You'll own a critical domain with no bloat and significant autonomy. Required qualifications: 4+ years at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company; strong analytical skills (SQL/Python); track record of owning ambiguous problems; ability to influence leadership-level decisions through clear communication.
