Jerry.ai is a 5M+ customer platform that consolidates car and home asset management—insurance, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics. Founded in 2019, the company has raised $240M+, scaled revenue 70X, and achieved profitability in early 2024. They are now expanding into adjacent verticals (home, motorcycle, RV) with a goal to reach 50M customers and become a $10B business within four years.
The BizOps & Analytics team is composed of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who drive data-informed decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations. Each business unit has an embedded BizOps team member who shapes strategic questions, pulls data, draws conclusions, and drives execution.
As Manager of BizOps & Analytics, you will lead the analytical function for one of Jerry's core business areas: Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships. You'll own the full analytical lifecycle—defining the right business problems, building metrics and reports, running experiments, surfacing insights, and driving recommendations through to execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and validate business questions before analysis; push back on flawed framing
- Design metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments
- Surface data insights that move key metrics and inform leadership decisions
- Communicate complex findings to skeptical stakeholders and drive buy-in
- Act as an owner; take responsibility for outcomes even outside your immediate domain
You'll work with SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub. The role is hands-on—not pure strategy—with emphasis on execution and tangible business impact. The culture prioritizes meaningful work over corporate process; no unnecessary slides, meetings, or approvals.
Required: 4+ years at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company. Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, or Python), ability to own ambiguous problems, and proven track record of influencing leadership-level decisions.
