Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 / annual

As Manager, BI + Analytics Engineer, you will own the architecture and execution of Peregrine's internal analytics stack, serving as a foundational leader in how data is modeled, accessed, and leveraged across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional, high-visibility role reporting to senior leadership and partnering directly with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and scaling the data warehouse to support rapid Go-To-Market and product growth
- Building and maintaining ETL pipelines using dbt to integrate data from diverse tools, apps, and third-party platforms
- Designing clean, reusable data models powering reporting across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance
- Creating dashboards and analyses that surface trends in revenue, product usage, and customer behavior
- Implementing data quality checks and alerts to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Supporting planning and forecasting by defining KPIs and building forward-looking models
You'll be a hands-on builder comfortable working autonomously while thriving in ambiguity. The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a BI Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Engineer in fast-growing tech environments, with strong SQL and data modeling expertise. Technical proficiency required in dbt, modern data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery), orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect), and BI platforms (Looker, Hex, Mode, Sigma). You balance technical rigor with business pragmatism, communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, and own projects end-to-end.
