Razorpay, India's leading full-stack fintech company, is seeking a Manager of Banking Alliances to drive strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and fintechs. This role combines business development with relationship management, focusing on selling Razorpay's loyalty programs, co-branded cards, gift cards, and media network (RMN) propositions.
You will own the full sales cycle for new bank partnerships—from prospecting and pitching through commercial negotiation, contracting, and go-live. Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects among tier-1 and tier-2 banks, building tailored commercial proposals and value propositions aligned to each partner's card portfolio and P&L goals, and driving deal closure. You'll also identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing relationships, such as adding new benefit categories, audience intelligence, or media network capabilities.
As the senior Razorpay point of contact for assigned bank partners, you'll manage the deal lifecycle from initial pitch through commercial launch. This includes negotiating terms and pricing in coordination with Legal, Finance, and Product teams, and orchestrating internal handoffs to convert signed deals into live, revenue-generating programs. You'll maintain a sourcing list and outreach cadence across your target accounts, and provide senior oversight on select escalations or renewals where commercial decisions are required.
Razorpay processes $180+ billion in annualized transactions and powers leading businesses including Airbnb, Facebook, WhatsApp, Airtel, CRED, BookmyShow, Zomato, Swiggy, and over 100 Indian unicorns. The company is backed by GIC, Peak XV Partners, Tiger Global, Ribbit Capital, Matrix Partners, MasterCard, and Salesforce Ventures, having raised over $740 million. With operations across India, Singapore, and Malaysia, Razorpay is shaping the next chapter of financial technology across Asia.
