You'll explain complex solutions clearly to both engineers and executives, and build deep trust with CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical founders.
Requirements:

- Strong executive presence and ability to build deep trust with technical leaders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills
- Ability to make ambiguous problems clear and find principles that carry across scenarios
- Passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a field relevant to the role
