Salary: USD 247,860 - 296,055 / annual
Fin (now part of Salesforce) is seeking a Manager of Account Executives to lead a team focused on new business revenue in the North America region, with concentration on Fin's AI Customer Agent product. This is a people-management role responsible for segment strategy, team building, and execution of high-performing sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement effective sales strategies for the North American Commercial segment in collaboration with senior leadership
- Develop sales plans and tactics aligned with company goals and regional market dynamics
- Monitor sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups, deal closures, and revenue growth
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the Account Executive team
- Track individual and team performance using CRM tools and reporting dashboards
- Analyze sales metrics to optimize processes, identify trends, and forecast revenue
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams on go-to-market strategies
- Work with senior leadership on alignment of goals, budgets, and resource allocation
- Maintain understanding of customer needs and market trends to support deal closure
- Ensure thoughtful customer handoffs to the Relationship Management team
- Report on team performance, sales pipeline, and market conditions to senior management
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and achieve growth targets
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying new business individual contributor role with proven success
- 3+ years of management experience
- Previous experience building and executing outbound sales motions
- Exemplary new business sales experience; experience with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC a plus
- Strong understanding of forecasting principles and ability to forecast revenue and trends accurately
- Proven experience and passion for teaching and developing top talent
- Experience developing GTM strategy, building, and executing operational plans
- Demonstrated ability to attract and develop top talent
- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal mediums
- Adaptive, with ability to balance short-term and long-term priorities
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required
