Salary: USD 275,400 - 328,950 / annual
Fin (now part of Salesforce) is seeking a Manager of Account Executives to lead a team focused on new business revenue in the North America region. Fin is an AI-powered customer support agent that resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across channels, integrated with Intercom's help desk platform.
In this role, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for new business revenue generation in the SMB segment. You'll develop and execute segment strategy, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and drive logo and revenue growth with a focus on the Fin product. This is a strategic leadership position requiring cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and implementing effective sales strategies for the North American Commercial segment in alignment with company goals and regional market dynamics
- Developing sales plans and tactics, monitoring pipeline opportunities, and ensuring timely deal closures
- Setting clear performance expectations and KPIs for the Account Executive team; tracking performance via CRM tools and dashboards
- Analyzing sales metrics to optimize processes, identify trends, and forecast revenue
- Partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success on tailored GTM strategies
- Maintaining strong understanding of customer needs and market trends to support deal closure
- Ensuring thoughtful customer handoffs to the Relationship Management team
- Reporting on team performance, sales pipeline, and market conditions to senior management
- Providing data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and achieve growth targets
You will be responsible for building and developing top talent, executing outbound sales motions, and creating an efficient, customer-centric sales culture. The role requires balancing short-term revenue targets with long-term team and business development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying new business individual contributor role with proven success
- 3+ years of management experience
- Previous experience building and executing outbound sales motions
- Exemplary new business sales experience; experience with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC a plus
- Strong understanding of forecasting principles and ability to forecast revenue and trends accurately
- Proven experience and passion for teaching and developing top talent
- Experience developing GTM strategy, building, and executing operational plans
- Demonstrated ability to attract and develop best-in-class talent
- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal mediums
- Adaptive mindset with ability to balance short-term and long-term priorities
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required
