Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, builds an AI-enabled platform that transforms siloed data into operational intelligence for public safety organizations, state and local governments, federal agencies, and private-sector institutions. The platform currently supports hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, serving more than 125 million people.
You will own end-to-end relationships with Peregrine's largest and most strategic federal deployments, serving as the primary interface between customers and the internal team. Your core responsibility is ensuring adoption and measurable operational outcomes for complex, mission-critical implementations. You will operate as the primary partner to senior agency leaders, translating technical delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and long-term value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning all customer relationships throughout the contract lifecycle
- Serving as the voice of the customer to engineers and product teams
- Interpreting complex data sources, dashboards, and metrics to optimize platform usage
- Conducting onsite visits to build deep relationships with agency stakeholders
- Navigating ambiguity and structuring work across large, regulated organizations
- Driving progress across internal and external stakeholders without direct authority
- Protecting and growing Peregrine's most important accounts through disciplined adoption tracking and success metrics
- Supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Traveling approximately 60% of the time across the National Capital Region
You are structured, accountable, strategically minded, and deeply committed to owning outcomes rather than just activity. You thrive in complex environments, are confident working with command staff and executives, and bring structure to ambiguity. You are calm under pressure, disciplined in tracking metrics, and care deeply about delivering real operational value.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 to 7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts
- Experience working in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments
- Proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes beyond initial go-live
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort managing scope, risk, and complex cross-functional coordination
- Technical fluency sufficient to partner credibly with IT, Product, and Deployment teams
- Experience supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Experience in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy environments strongly preferred
- Active TS (Top Secret) Clearance required
- Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time
